These Terms of Service apply when you use https://equranzone.com/ or join any class with eQuran Zone. By booking a trial or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
eQuran Zone offers live, online Quran and Islamic studies classes, including Noorani Qaida, Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz and Islamic studies for children and adults. Classes take place over video call at times agreed between the student and the academy.
Enrolment and free trial
- You can book a free trial class before enrolling. After the trial, you choose whether to continue.
- Information you give us when registering must be accurate, including the student’s age and your time zone.
- Students under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
Fees and payment
Current fees are shown on our Pricing page or shared with you before enrolment. Fees are paid in advance for each billing period. If a payment is not received on time, classes may be paused until it is settled. We will tell you before any change to your fees takes effect.
Class timings, absences and make-up classes
- Please join on time. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the class may be counted as attended.
- If you need to miss a class, let us know in advance so we can try to arrange a make-up class.
- If a teacher misses a class, we will arrange a make-up class or a suitable adjustment.
Cancellation
You may stop classes at any time by telling us in writing (email or WhatsApp). Please give notice before your next billing period begins. Questions about refunds for unused classes are handled case by case; contact us and we will respond fairly.
Conduct and safety
- Students, parents and teachers are expected to behave respectfully during every class.
- Classes must not be recorded or shared publicly without the agreement of everyone involved.
- For young children, we encourage a parent or guardian to be present or nearby during lessons.
- We may end the enrolment of anyone who behaves abusively or breaks these terms.
Learning materials
Lesson notes, worksheets and other material we provide are for the student’s personal learning only. Please do not resell or republish them without our permission.
Results
Every student learns at their own pace. We do our best to help each student progress, but we cannot guarantee a specific result or completion time, as this depends on practice, attendance and individual ability.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet problems, device issues or third-party video platforms. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the classes in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
